Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Returns & Exchanges: All in-store returns & exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase, without exception. Our physical store does not provide cash or credit refunds except in the event of a mistake on our end that is processed before the customer leaves the store with the purchase. All refunds are provided in the form of store credit, regardless of when it was purchased, what condition it is in upon return, the reason for the return, or the distance at which you live. The store credit will be applied to your account and will not expire, and can be used to purchase any product or service in the store. In the event an item is exchanged for an item of lesser value, the remaining balance from the return will be refunded as a store credit.

Online Returns: We want you to be happy! We accept returns on select items if we are contacted within 7 days after you have received your order and if the item is still in the original packaging with no evidence of being opened, and in new condition with no odors or pet hair. Unfortunately, on the off-chance something is returned to us that we have not been contacted about within 7 days, or has been opened, or has an odor or pet hair, we will not be able to process a refund, and the item can be shipped back to you at your cost.

Return Shipping: Unless caused by an error on our part or a manufacturer's defect, the cost of shipping to return items back to us will need to be paid by you, and we cannot refund the original shipping cost to your account if one was paid. If you received free shipping for your order, the original shipping cost (since it wasn’t free to us) will be deducted from your refund amount unless the remaining items not returned from that order still qualify you for the free shipping.

What can be Returned: Defective items, bags, unopened pre-cut fabric bundles, and most notions.

What cannot be Returned: Any sale or clearance items, books, patterns, fabric that is required to be cut by the yard, pre-cut fabric that is sold individually (such as fat quarters), used items, items without original packaging and tags, and items stored or kept in an area where smoking and pets are allowed.
