Backorders: All of our inventory is updated continually. However, if there is a mistake and an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a substitution or to refund your purchase. Shop Basics can still be purchased when out of stock and will ship once it arrives from the manufacturer.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged when an order is shipped to the state of Texas.

Payment methods: We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check, please allow 7 days for the check to process through the banking system prior to your order being shipped.

Special orders: We gladly accept special orders! Please call us so we can assist you in getting what you need. Special orders do have minimums, and payment is required at the time you contact us since we don’t normally stock that particular item. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on special-ordered items.

*We cannot accept returns or exchanges on cut fabric, so be sure you know you will definitely need it to complete your project prior to having a team member cut it. 

Online Returns: We want you to be happy! We accept returns on select items if we are contacted within 7 days after you have received your order and if the item is still in the original packaging with no evidence of being opened, and in new condition with no odors or pet hair. Unfortunately, on the off-chance something is returned to us that we have not been contacted about within 7 days, or has been opened, or has an odor or pet hair, we will not be able to process a refund, and the item can be shipped back to you at your cost.

Return shipping: Unless caused by an error on our part or a manufacture's defect, the cost of shipping to return items back to us will need to be paid by you, and we cannot refund the original shipping cost back to your account if one was paid. If you received free shipping for your order, the original shipping cost (since it wasn’t free to us) will be deducted from your refund amount unless the remaining items not returned from that order still qualify you for the free shipping.

What can be returned: Defective items, bags, pre-cut fabric bundles, and most notions.

What cannot be returned: Any sale or clearance items, books, patterns, fabric that is required to be cut by the yard, used items, items without original packaging and tags, and items stored or kept in an area where smoking and pets are allowed.

Order errors: Please allow us to apologize! We are mere humans, and we sometimes make mistakes… If you notice one with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will correct it as soon as possible.
